FAQ.
Deposits:
If you see a puppy you would like to buy, you can "HOLD" your puppy by paying a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00. Think of the Deposit as a Down Payment. This amount is NON-refundable for ANY REASON. So only put down a deposit if you're sure you want the puppy. This lets us know you ARE a serious buyer and insures us that you have thought this over and are ready to commit to your new forever companion. A deposit can only be made on ONE specific puppy. A deposit cannot be put down for the first pick of litter etc.
A deposit form will need to be filled out stating you know that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once you place a deposit on a puppy, you intend to purchase the puppy. A deposit is not intended for you to have more time to think about getting the puppy or not.
If you change your mind and decide on a different puppy, you can change your decision in the first 48 hrs, and use the deposit for a different available puppy. If you place two deposits on two different puppies and change your mind, the deposit placed on one of the puppies does not go towards the other puppy with the deposit already placed. We have these policies to be fair to all our customers.
Pay Balance Due:
After the deposit is made, the puppy is held for you until she/he is ready to go home once our vet gives us a health certificate and the puppy is ready to travel. If the puppy needs to stay a little longer for the care, we will keep in touch and make the proper arrangements for pick-up/shipping. The puppy needs to be paid off, and funds must clear by the time puppy turns six weeks old. So depending on when you put down your deposit will determine how many weeks you will have to pay off your puppy. Please keep in mind if you are sending a cashier's check or postal money order, you have to mail it Priority Mail Express or FedEx Priority Overnight. Please provide us with the tracking# number so we can keep track.
Prices:
Prices vary on each puppy. It all depends on conformation, color, and pedigree. Puppies can start from $4500-$6500.
